robyn guy photography currently has a full two hour session (either on location or studio) and a $75 photograph credit for auction at the Alpharetta Costco. Costco organizes a silent auction to raise money for the Children’s Miracle Network every May. Last year, the Alpharetta Costco presented Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital with a check for over $500,000. As a parent who has utilized the services of Scottish Rite more than I’d care to, that hospital and the Children’s Miracle Network are very near and dear to my heart. The doctors, nurses, therapists, and other staff are so caring and are so wonderful with children. We are lucky to have this facility here in Atlanta.

There are several items up for auction this week at Costco. Bidding for all of the current auctions ends Sunday. Please consider a bid! All of the proceeds are donated.

This beautiful little guy is ten days old and he is just the sweetest thing. We got lots of smiles today and lots of cuddles. Will have some cute images with big brother, mom and dad, and Oma coming soon. The soft light coming in from the windows on this overcast, rainy day was just perfect for newborn photographs.

Sending very Happy Mother’s Day wishes to all the moms out there. It is such a privilege to work with your children. Thank you for allowing me to document their lives – it is truly a pleasure.

Being a mother is the most amazing gift. Seeing my children grow and watching them learn and explore brings me so much joy every single day. I am so thankful to be a stay at home mom. These days of peanut butter covered fingers and sweet hugs and kisses will go by too quickly. Every day my children do something that touches my heart. It is simply magical to see the world through their eyes.

Today my daughter gave me a Mother’s Day card she drew – complete with flowers and snails (?) and rainbows, and my son said “I wuv you, too, mama.” I get to spend the day with my children and my husband. I could not ask for anything else.

So, today enjoy your children! May your day be filled with sweetness and love!

This sweet little girl was so good today! She did every pose we tried and smiled and was absolutely charming. It was a pleasure to meet m and her family. Thank you so much for the opportunity to photograph your little girl.

We used a sari that mom wore on her wedding day for some of the photographs. The colors and patterns are amazing.
